1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Resoftvoho ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and viewers.
2. Description of Service
Resoftvoho is a multi-tenant software release management platform that enables teams to track products, manage versions, plan features, document architecture, and communicate release status. The Service is provided as a cloud-hosted SaaS application.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or legal entity may maintain multiple organization workspaces.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Plans & Billing
4.1 Trial Period
New organizations receive a 3-day Explorer trial with limited features (1 admin + 1 viewer). No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial expires, access to core features is paused until you upgrade.
4.2 Pro Plan
- The Pro plan is billed at ₹299/month (base) with additional seats at ₹99/seat/month.
- Each billing period is 30 days from the date of payment.
- Viewer roles are always included and do not count as paid seats.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway in INR.
4.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
- You may reactivate your subscription before the billing period ends.
5. Your Data
- You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service (products, versions, features, architecture, etc.).
- We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
- Your data is isolated per organization — other tenants cannot access your data.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
- Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
7. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (internet outages, third-party service failures, force majeure).
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption for all data in transit and at rest.
- Encrypted database storage.
- Industry-standard password hashing.
- Role-based access control with IP whitelisting.
- Rate limiting and security headers.
- Full audit trail of all user actions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account, including using strong passwords, managing IP whitelists, and assigning appropriate roles to team members.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resoftvoho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resoftvoho, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for the Service.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, but your data will be retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
